Toyworld Westgate

I’ve been after a full set of blind bag Lego muppets for a while now, all the other stores you know the ones, that red shed place had no stock, but these guys did, not only that, when I went to start finding what I wanted they asked if I wanted a full set!!! They had worked out what each blind bag was ahead of time. Amazing. I could not be happier. The entire store was clean, well organised and the biggest Lego selection ever. Dudes, you made my year. Thank you!!! If you need a toy, go here! Could not recommend it more.

Worst experience we encountered ever! The staff are very rude and humiliating. From other reviews prices are unbelievably high, staff are always busy with some other work than attending customers. I enquired about price of few toys, paid and was leaving store then some thing unbelievable happened. Staff accused us of not paying and humiliated us in front of everyone. Upon showing stuff and asking why they stopped us there is no explanation. Whole experience was nothing but bitter and felt very humiliating with a kid. We are never going there and not recommending any one who expects self-respect to go there. Regarding owners response: I can see where is the issue starting from, it's the whole team... If there is so much going on and you are stressed, install cameras and tag scanners at entrance like how others do, rather than accusing people who paid you $$$. There are only two staff on Saturday and both are at counter when we paid. How can staff forget things in matter of minutes? Is it negligence? Do you still expect customers to return after worst treatment??? Your response is simply an attempt to cover up. Please see all recent reviews.

Toyworld Northwest is a fantastic locally owned store with a team that are always happy to help. What they don't have they can order in so definitely worth a visit. They also have a great selection of Lego including a number of hard to find sets. Also if you are a collector of minifigures just ask in store as they not only sell full sets but they have bags checked with the minifigure numbers on the outside. All I can say is, support local small business that are doing it tough at the moment. Especially with the high theft rates. In summary a great store and a lovely team happy to help. I highly recommend them.

Biggest range of Lego I've ever seen in one shop! Sadly a smaller range of Barbie, but it was still a good time : Staff were nice and friendly but let me shop in peace once we'd exchanged pleasantries and I said I was fine to browse. Ended up buying some Playmobil blind bags which I didn't even know existed!

Prices are ridiculously too high compare to other shops for the same item, i would suggest to Google the item you buying and compare the prices. One of the item I bought was 30$ at the warehouse but $89 in Toy world! They only offer credit note no refund, I suggest making the right choice when buying.

I use to visit the store when it was over the Westgate side and they were pretty good, but today I went to the new location over in North West and I dont know if this store has changed hands but their simply was no service and I was about the only one in the store at the time. I spent a good 10 minutes in the store and the whole time the staff were all way too busy having a loud convo behind the counter than providing any form of customer service. Wont bother returning if thats the way they want to be.

Large store which is awesome and jam packed with a huge variety of toys, games and items for children and adults of all ages. Lots of free parking and friendly helpful staff. Centrally and conveniently located in the northwest mall.

Nice store- covers all ages of kids and some hobby stuff. Staff are always nice and friendly. Some absolutely amazing specials and in some cases exclusive products like in the LEGO range.

Cluttered and poor signage. For example...sign states.... "20% discount on everything else". On enquiry. This actually means 20% off everything except Lego is 15% off. Very interesting.??
