Amazing range! My 3 year old decided at the last minute that all he wanted for Christmas was a transformers toy. Of course all I could find left in stores were $80+ and made for much older kids. So glad I stumbled across Toyco online, found the perfect transformers toy in amongst pages of them, it was on sale for $25ish and age appropriate. As it is the week leading up to Christmas I didn't have high hopes that it would arrive in time, but it has and I'm very grateful as I'm sure the Toyco team are swamped right now! Happy customer and would recommend to anyone.
The gentleman in the store was amazing, so helpful and cheerful, he went out the back of the store to see if he could find the specific Lego Technic's we were wanting to buy, as it wasn't on the shelf in store. So impressed with the service, and how cheerful the staff were. Definitely going back.
I've bought a lot of my son's toys from Toyco! They are really reliable and offer fast shipping. Their sales are usually quite good as well for name brand toys like Hape, Lego, V-Tech, etc. My family abroad are also able to send him gifts as they also accept international credit cards. Highly recommended.
Wonderful customer service. I had bought a gift a few weeks before Christmas but my family member had bought the same item. When I contacted Toyco thinking no chance for a exchange as it was over their 30 return policy but the customer service were very accommodating and understanding. I was able to return the item and get a refund. Thank you.
24/10/22 received an email from toyco claiming the shipment hadn't arrived and they had the cheek to send me a free shipping code. STOP LYING! I Ordered 15 of the same car and I was one of the first people to order them as soon as they went up on your website. I see you've now updated your site this morning with the rest of the set except for the car I was after! They come in full sets not full boxes of one car like you're trying to play. Good you have changed your false advertising on 24 hour shipping though. 21/10/22Website claims ships within 24hrs. I would've click and collected if I knew that was a lie. Ordered round 1am Wednesday, it's now sunday. $150 later and still no contact on the progress of my order. What is happening?!?!? Nov 2021: website says 24 hour shipping but it's been a week and no contact. First time buying and maybe my last....
Specialist toy shop with a great range of Lego and Playmobil. Also educational and science based toys. Helpful staff and good parking. It is in a busy area so plan ahead.
Good prices and products, but taking close to two weeks just to ship something just isnt justifiable. Also have issues with their inventory management system where theyll show out of stock items as available. Place could do with some process improvements because abysmal shipping times ruin customer experience
It' s a nice organized shop and have great Christmas discounts. You can get lots of books and toys in this small shop!
Ordered some Loungefly gear online and it came so quickly and so well packaged! I was so impressed. And their stuff was half the price I’d seen anywhere else. Would highly recommend
Was welcomed with a warm hello, and while looking around lost was asked if I needed help finding something. Picked up my order but I found it very awkward to carry to the mall, so I went back and asked for a big bag and was given one that fit everything I had in my hands. Now I was hands-free and fancy. Thank you again for the great experience.
