Great customer service. Looked everywhere around Auckland for a certain Paw Patrol toy for my son. Should have come here first. Very well priced also. Keep up the good work team!!

Great staff, helped me source multiple items and they are great at responding to questions over e-mail.

Poor customer service.  Staff are hovering police helicopters thinking we are going to steal toys.  Seriously?  Happily our last time visiting the Toy World Lynmall store.  Suggest shopping for toys elsewhere.

The main guy who works there is the most arrogant person I have met.

I go here every year they have had the toys   I have wanted for ten year,s now love there payment plan great deals real nice staff

Great place for getting all your kids toys.

Good variety of toy options... Only take kids in if you plan to buy them something else deal with their tantrums!!! Staff are friendly but can be somewhat pushy to people just browsing... Offering help etc...

Despite not stocking the actual product I was wanting, they have a huge range of toys/products with sales storewide and friendly, helpful staff!
