Always a great experience buying from Toyco. Ordered online in the morning, it was collected from them by the afternoon, I saw it the next day. I would happily purchase from Toyco again for both value and convenience.

I am really impressed with the fast service for my click and collect order. I ordered online at 8pm on Friday. By 9am on Saturday my order was ready for collection. Also impressed with the range of products and prices.

Best toy store in Auckland. Great selection of puzzles and Legos. Great experience.

So much for 'Commitment to selling high-quality products'. Bought a few products and appreciated how it was well packed and delivered quickly, but little did I know I would be disappointed to the one of the product's quality I ordered. Emailed the customer service, sent photos of the damaged Funko Pop. Got a response that it's a clearance so I wouldn't get a refund. And an option to send back the damage one, for an exchange in my own expense. I'm a pop collector and I expect high quality products especially from this store that I have been recommended to other collectors. I get that the damaged pop only cost $15, it would be best to put on the website the condition of the product you are selling, so collectors like me wouldn't expect highly. Just because I paid 40% off the normal price, I will get a DAMAGED ONE. This could be avoided if you didn't choose the damage pop in the first place.

Horrid customer service experienced today instore by all staff here today. Entered the store to two male workers, one old one young both in glasses discussing their disappointment with customers coming in today because of the rainy weather. A customer came in, greeted the two males and walked into the store. The younger male decided to ask the lady to the back of her head as she’s walking away if she needed help looking, she of course didn’t hear and kept walking. The young male said to the older male oh my god did you see that she just completely ignored me! The older male said ugh yeah probably a language barrier, ridiculous! A woman worker with glasses returned to the counter with a cup of tea, that same customer that walked in approached her and asked for a hand finding something, the lady rolled her eyes and said in a condescending tone, it’s over there by the books. The customer said I can’t find it sorry, the lady again condescendingly said do you need me to look for you and in a huff she finally went. The phone rings and the younger male answers, from what I could overhear it was a customer asking where they could sell their older toys. The male gets off the phone and says to the woman ugh why do we always get weirdos calling us! They then proceed to discuss the”weirdo customers” they had that week. All this happened in the space of 15mins of me being in store. I was enraged by the lack of respect shown to customers that keep you operating, the very apparent discrimination shown by someone you assumed didn’t speak English she did and the fact you had no regard for the customers that were in store having to listen to you 3 disgusting sales assistants go on. Toyco please ensure this kind of behaviour does not continue, this is not how people should treat people and your team need to be held accountable!

First time purchasing Christmas gifts online and in store. Impressed with their efficiency during a very busy Christmas shopping week and was able to collect my online order the next day. The shop was beautifully presented and visually appealing. Customer service was excellent. The staff were calm and patient. Thank you for the positive customer experience.

Incredible place! Massive range of toys, amazing Lego Builds hanging from ceiling or cased in glass. So much fun for even an adult to walk around in!

Used to be a good store to buy from with competitive prices and free shipping for orders over $100. Now however prices are not dissimilar to other stores and there is no free shipping option. Worse however is the fact that we are unable to buy online with confidence as this store will not refund only provide store credit for future purchases AND makes customer pay for cost of return. - We recently bought an item which, although was not faulty, did not match the quality of the photos and description. - All other reputable stores we normally buy from always allow no questions asked returns and refunds for online orders. Toyco it seems however are the only one that doesn’t. For that reason we won’t be buying from Toyco again.

I have only ever shopped online but their service is great, very quick. I had to change the shipping address immediately after completing the order. They were prompt at replying. Toyco has an amazing selection, including the board game I desperately wanted looks like one that might be going out of print!.

Toyco has great product selection and really good deals. I've ordered from them multiple times but what prompted me to leave a review now was the really good customer service I recieved with my latest order where for the first time there was a slight glitch with one of the products. My email query regarding the issue was responded to promptly, Georgia was very professional and friendly, great at keeping me in the loop about what had happened and resolved the problem quickly. How this situation was handled has given me greater confidence in online shopping with Toyco. I recommend!
