Easy to place the order, and notifications were timely and kept up to date. I queried a delay overca weekend, due to couriers, and i got immediate follow up. I will come back to Trade Products when needed.

Very poor customer service was waiting over a week for a product i needed to finish a job before the weekend took over a week to be contacted to say the didnt have it not happy then told i have to wait 2 weeks if i still wanted it requested refund and they told me i wont get it till next week definitely not buying from here again
