We were passing by the duty free and stopped by their awesome Rado watches collection my wife loves the brand, when the store manager Paul reached us and showed himself to be a deep connoisseur of each of the items in the collection. He gave us an enlightening overview of the products and made us feel warmly welcome. We will definitely stop by the shop and purchase other products next time we’ll be in Aelia duty free!
Was initially just browsing through the watches, but with the help of Paul’s extensive knowledge, advice and friendly charm I ended up buying a beautiful Rado watch! Would definitely go to him again : Staff at the counter were extremely friendly and helpful as well.
Phenomenal customer service by Paul Khosla, he went above and beyond to assist with the selections and the recommendations were top notch, the whole staff was very patient and was not hounded like you generally do at the duty free, Paul gave enough time to settle and feel at ease. Thanks Paul and team Aelia for a 5 star experience. Keep up the good work Paul Khosla cheers mate

*** Don't buy Aelia!! *** I arrived AKL airport , No one Collecting Point Aelia Staff. just Vodafone Staff it. I sent e-mail for complaint. but just auto Email for close shops ,,,, I haven't got my bought item.
If you are there ask for Paul, he was extremely knowledgeable, and picked out the perfect fragrance. Great service!
Paul was awesome and extremely helpful along with being very noticeable, got me just the right fragrance.
We have shopped online at Aelia Duty Free for 3-4 years now. There was never a time when we were disappointed! Their prices are very competitive, deals are superb and the customer service is great. On a couple of occasions I have had to change or cancel an online order and the call centre staff have been extremely helpful! Thank you Aelia
Great product range both in store and online. Good promotions, specials and exclusive offers. Excellent website for browsing products as well as for online ordering. Easy collection of online orders. Very cool robotic arm locates your order and delivers for quick collection. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
