An awesome day for the kids today, lego building competition from 10am till noon, kids had an amazing time, the staff were fantatstic, caring and very patient...a great store for all your toy needs with great parking outside

Not impressed with their customer service. The check out staff was rude and not helpful.

Lego = Awesome. Just wish the wife would let me buy the Millennium Falcon.

What a treat to go into a toy shop that is well stocked and grouped items together. Great and very friendly staff and they were helpful directing me to the different toys I was after. If you end up browsing though the shop, you will leave with a dent in your credit card Lots of parking in and around the shopping area. Highly recommend for any future customers, big or small. I will be back.

The worst customer service I've seen in New Zealand. They sold us a low quality broken mechanical toy and rejected to return money. Eventually it took about an hour to get the money back. It was my son's birthday and he was very dissapointed. their shop assistant advised my son that life is hard and no need to cry. Customer service skills - minus million. This was my last visit to that 'friendly' shop.

Great place to purchase toys, for both kids & adult collectors.

The team at Toyworld is really friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Their technical knowledge is second to none too! It's an altogether more enjoyable experience than another toy store in St Lukes who are more profit oriented.

Y’all need to change your store hours online, multiple people coming to the store just a couple of minutes past 5pm today Sunday and your staff turning them away, not very helpful having the hours on the window but not updated online! Please sort this so others don’t waste their time driving from the Coast!

I like how you guys have a lot of range of toys, some I haven’t seen before yet. You lost yourselves one star because of your prices, I have compared to other stores and your prices are a bit over priced, but when they have special deals they weren’t as bad.
