Great little place that is popular with the locals. The food quality is good, but I have had better prepared fish and chips crispier... at other locations in the area. Hence...4 stars The best thing about this place is their prices! They are significantly cheaper than other carry outs in the area, and their meal deals make feeding a group or family even cheaper. They have plenty of other items besides fish on their menu for your friends and family. They also have fresh fish whole fish and filleted as well as fresh green lipped mussels. The service was quick and courteous. We waited less than ten minutes for our order. We will definitely return again here because of the lower prices and quick service.

First time getting food here, snapper for two with $2 chips. $16 all up. The batter was nice and thin hard to find that, not a fan of the thick doughy stuff chips were good too. We'll be trying some other things in future, the fish burgers, the egg/fishburger sounds really good and the prices are good too. Glad to support local as well, thanks for the lovely food and service

What a true Gem hidden in Glen Innes. Those in the know are agreeing with me. The frybread ooooh, and that crispy batter, mouthwatering even as I type this. Beautifully cleaned and kept. Service was great, everyone was smiling obviously happy in their work. I can't wait to go back next time I'm up those ways.Food: 5/5

Be careful, you get charged for using pay wave, even if you swipe. The eftpos machine automatically adds the charge. I even saw staff accept the charge for the customer when they queried the charge. I won't go back.Food: 3/5

Ka reka! Ka reka! Popped in for a burger and chips. Hands down one of the most delicious fish burgers I've ever eaten. Snapper + Egg : Cheap. cheerful and flavours that easily rival places that charge twice as much.

Bought a tub of said marinated mussels $7.00. Took one bite - it was off tasting + not sure what the marinade was meant to be, but it certainly was nothing I'd dare to try again. Sooo disappointed. The staff are friendly. There needs to be vigilance re: seafood quality control. This is the second time this has happened to me at this place so I am disturbed.

$8 for 7 raw mussels!The store is clean and the staff are wonderfu helpful and friendly. Price's are steep for what you get, and the food is bland. 6 months! We thought we'd give them another shot. Wish we hadn't! The fish all had skin, staff are obviously too lazy to take it off. Straight in the rubbish. Never going there again
