We along with many other customers waited more than 90 minutes just to pick up the keys to our rental from the desk. Others waited for longer as Thrifty didn’t have enough vehicles for the number of reservations sold. In your business you know exactly how many customers, their flight numbers and their vehicle pick up times so there’s no excuse for this service. Thanks for ruining our trip before it even started Thrifty. Never again.
Incredibly poor service. Booked a car 3 months in advance only to be told on arrival that they didn't have enough cars and we would have a wait for one to be available. Do not recommend.
