We were recently donated a large amount of cat food by the Tory Street Warehouse. This kindness and generosity to our charity makes a huge difference to the cats in our care ...it gives many of our older and you could easily say, fussier cats in our shelter a bit more choice and helps them stay well and happy. I am so pleased to see this Warehouse open again. The milk here is much cheaper than the supermarkets.
I really don't want to leave a bad review, but felt compelled to because this store is honestly the worst Warehouse store I have ever visited and I frequent a few!. It really needs some love and attention.nThe homewares section upon immediately entering the store feels misplaced - perhaps it would be best in the vicinity of furniture and soft furnishings?nThere are no toilets, which is a huge inconvenience if you are caught short because the nearest ones are a bit of a walk away.nBeing two storeys, some things are upstairs which would perhaps be better downstairs womens' clothing for one, because as it is, the store feels empty-ish and is definitely missing a lot of products that other stores have.nThe store itself doesn't feel like a typical Warehouse. It's a shame, because I imagine if it did stock more product ranges and variety, it would do quite well considering it is in the heart of the city.
I am very busy dad i went to lyall bay warehouse as it is closest to me but the service was terrible. Very bad customer service. I had a look to see if there was any other warhouses as i was going into wellington but thought the warehouse there was closed i found out it was not so i went there. There was no way i was giving my money over after being spoken to rudely and becoming a customer at the lyall bay store .When i arrived at the wellington store they had amazing customer service also the store was so tidy and well organized a lovely staff member helped me out with getting a birthday present for my niece. They were really helpful at this store. I will coming to this store for all my warhosue needs from now on. Amazing customer service at this store.
The place is bit shabby but the store is huge and has two story. The top section is for cloths and kids toys and ground floor is for other day today items. The jewellery section is on first floor. The counter section is at ground floor only. I wish they could keep it more neat and tidy.
