Most of the items are affordable and cheaper. But lack of variety in products. You can buy electronics items, some gift items, toy items, cart items, household items, decorations items, food items, cosmetics items, and many more. Free parking up to 90 minutes. Wheelchair access. Self-checkout facilities available.
You can buy literally anything from groceries shoes, clothes toys, books, stationary, baby products, household items, bedding etc. some items are upstairs and there's a lift and a staircase. Plenty of parking for 90 minutes. Has wheel chair access. And reduced to clear items at the entrance and promotion items in the corridors. Great helpful customer service
Yeah so I go to get three photos printed out, shouldn’t be hard right? Get in, select the photos, pay and the guy says that there’s a 400 photo order that was just placed before me. Couldn’t you just print my three photos first? Whatever. 1.5 hour wait. I’m not going to sit in the warehouse so I ask the guy if he’ll message me when the photos are done, I did leave my number after all. One hour passes, two hours pass, three hours pass and I’m pissed. I’m melting inside my car at this point. I go in and of course they’re done, lady doesn’t care about my issues, photos were completed a hour ago. I vow to avoid this place until I die and beyond.
I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at the Tory Street Warehouse. Despite doing nothing wrong, I was randomly accused of stealing by the security team without any evidence.nnThis is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. I've witnessed other customers being treated similarly, and it's clear that the security team needs proper training on customer service and conflict resolution.nnI would give this store 0 stars if possible. The lack of respect and dignity shown to customers is appalling. I will not be visiting this store again and would advise others to think twice before doing so.nnUnless the management takes concrete steps to address these issues, I fear that many more customers will have similarly horrible experiences.
Don’t say you’re open until 9pm when your doors are closed at 8.20pm.
