He took the time to explain everything properly, answered questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free rather than pressured. That level of patience and professionalism really stood out.nMarcia was also fantastic — warm, kind, and highly professional. my daughter was a bit shy to ask about pokémon cards box thingy today , once i asked, the lovely lady was so helpful with to help her with the purchase.nas we waked out, daughter was “that must be the most friendly staff member ever “ni didn’t catch the name on the badge , but you will know who u are , many thanks
The staff were incredibly friendly, and I had the pleasure of being served by Jordan at the checkout. Jordan was lovely, attentive, and made my day with their exceptional service.
