The manager/owner needs to hire more staff. Long wait times and stressed looking overworked staff on the counters. There was only 2 people trying to serve about 50 while I was in there, multiple people waiting 10+ mins to be served.nnThe people on counters were amazing, doing their absolute best to keep up and keep everyone happy, but they shouldn’t have to! It’s a lose all round, the store is disorganised and messsy since the workers don’t have time.nnIt’s absolutely worth the cost of new staff to make it a better experience, otherwise why wouldn’t I just go online?
Pretty good store overall, has a reasonable selection of items. Awesome that they’re open until midnight, as there have been occasions where I’ve needed to venture over and purchase things. Customer service is a little bit on the slack side, but overall the staff are pretty friendly.
Big place, a lot of option from kitchen wares, office chairs and tables, equipments, electricals, stationery, printers, shoes, clothes, vegetables and perfumes. I never experience going through a queue everytime I buy there. You can also do a membership online, so Convinient. I love buying laundry detergent here. It's way cheaper. Toilet is available.
Where do i start , ordered an item online Wednesday morning round 7am thinking it's only up the road ,with there 2 to 4 days shipping what a joke it now turns out I'll get it Wednesday next week ! 6 days across town ? Unbelievably bad servicenWhere do they get off taking your money and mucking you around to the extent and nothing can be done about it , oh it will be delivered when it's delivered, with a attitude like that I wouldn't bother buying anything online yet alone from them ever again, worse than the governmentnI would of rated no stars but apparently they have to get 1 even if there useless
customer service needs to do better, i online ordered but needed to cancel it so i call them over and over but i keep getting voicemail, it says it will arrive in 2-4 business days so i submitted a refund but they said they will try to respond in 3-5? so what’s the point in replying back if im probably already going to have what i ordered.
