I brought a new TV. After paying my layby off it was quickly delivered. However once plugged in found it had already been used and set up with the users account still on it. Half the accessories were missing including no manuel and the screen was damaged with two lines across the screen. I went in store and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A new replacement was sent the next morning and I'm very happy it was sorted with no extra costs or hassle. Would be five stars if it was the correct TV to begin with.
I wish your staff would pick up the phone. Train them properly. Do better. Tried to ring to check a stock level. Website said 0. Store has more than 0 right now. Spent money on shipping from auckland when I could've gotten from this store the whole time. Pathetic.
Big place, a lot of option from kitchen wares, office chairs and tables, equipments, electricals, stationery, printers, shoes, clothes, vegetables and perfumes. I never experience going through a queue everytime I buy there. You can also do a membership online, so Convinient. I love buying laundry detergent here. It's way cheaper. Toilet is available.
We bought a Samsung TV 2024. When they installed it and wanted to turn it on, the remote didn't work becsuse it wss for Panasonic TV!!nWhen we asked them to give us the correct remote, after some lots of hassels, we were given an old TV remote which didn't have all features of the 2024 Samsung TV we purchased.nWe are two seniors, didn't need the hassle. Would have returned it if it wasn't already installed. We need a remote for the Samsung 2024 TV not for older models.
I just shopped at The Warehouse Kilbirnie and asked an old age staff member to remove an item I accidentally scanned. Unfortunately, her attitude was quite unprofessional. The Warehouse should consider staff training to improve customer service.
