Very disappointing and misleading pricing. The $11.99 sign was placed directly on the Coca-Cola 18-pack boxes, making it appear that this was the price for the Coke. When I checked, I was told the sign was actually for a completely different product. This is confusing for customers and feels deceptive, whether intentional or not. Stores should ensure pricing signs are clearly matched to the correct products to avoid wasting customers' time and causing frustration. I expected much better attention to detail.
Good for garden needs. Well organised shelves, Easy to locate . Price tags are always up to date.nYou get good offers many a times.nStaff is very friendly and supportive.n.
Had been to warehouse Upper Hutt today for a return and the customer service is so bad, the lady at the till was so rushing to finish her shift her name was Kena lady Why does the front line customer service isn’t very friendly and welcoming??? If this is the customer service warehouse provide, I don’t think they have repeated customers what’s so ever.nnCan the hiring manager hire welcoming staffs for the role who give exceptional customer service for the customers?
Well-managed and organised shelves.nCourteous and helpful staff with good knowledge of where products are located in such a large store.nThe stock updates on the website and in-store need a bit of improvement; however, 95% of the time, the stock is available on shelves compared to what is shown online.
Its definitely decent. Definitely some hidden gems here. You just have to take the time to shop.
