Excellent experience very recently. Friendly, helpful staff, willingly kept hold of my purchases while I ran to car for my forgotten wallet, then courteously checked me out with a smile, and I think it might have been break-time for the checkout woman! Art products easy to find, plenty of choice and good quality! Appreciated!
I really am not sure why I even bother going to this store, it's always disappointing. No staff at stationery counter so I asked at customer service counter for directions on where to find a chrome cast, she paged for help and was told no one could help me. We left. Useless!!!
My wife is heavily pregnant and she wanted some comfortable moccasins because her feet are so swollen. They didn't have any. Her feet are unusually small though so it's hard trying to find child sized moccasins. We bought some lego instead. We are from Hamilton.
All I have to say is that I am quite disappointed. I went to purchase an item at the counter in the stationary section and not only did I have to wait for more than 10 minutes, BUT SOMEONE CUT IN FRONT OF ME. The workers are also quite lazy while on the job. When I finally got service from them they took their precious little time with something that should’ve only taken a minute or two. I was also in a rush that time but I bet they still would’ve worked at the same slow pace if I had told them.
Tried to apply for finance at this store, was an absolute nightmare so much so I was so frustrated and ended up buying so I didn't miss the sale ending on the day. The sale came with a free soundbar included with the TV. This was forgotten in my order, I had to ring to find out about it. They had to reorder and was delivered on a different day to the TV. Very frustrating. Also it took so long for them both to arrive. I wouldn't bother trying to get finance there again. They couuldn't even call me back to update me of my application as promised.
