I wanted to share the fabulous experience I had at the Masterton Store at the Stationey Counter. The amazing young man was soo helpful, excellent customer service I received from him in scanning a document I required to be signed by myself and printed out. I was very appreciative of his help. Sorry I forgot to ask his name. He had Tai moko on his legs, thank you for making my day young man.
I love this place it's really good they just need more makeup and more cute women shorts like cmon but that's all and I love the free wifi

I’ve had the worst experience with the Click & Collect service — not once, but twice. Despite receiving notifications that my items were “ready for collection,” staff at the store had no idea how to process the handover. After multiple complaints, the items were eventually dropped off, only for me to discover that several items were missing. I’m still dealing with the issue.nnIt’s unacceptable to advertise a service that clearly cannot be delivered reliably. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. If you can’t support Click & Collect properly, don’t offer it as an option.
Security and staff are always friendly and place is normally well stocked, need to restock beauty aisles more regularly.
