Pretty good service in Masterton HN. The staff take good care of you. They are informative & understanding. Also welcoming, making you feel comfortable & wanting to go back.
I came in today to pick up a click and collect order. Stood at the click and collect counter for 10-15 mins while 5 staff stood around chatting and laughing. I went back to the counter by the vacuums and waiting while a nic guy finished serving other people and then came to serve me. He was fantastic but I have spent a lot of money here while setting up our new house and will NOT be coming back. 5 staff standing chatting with each other and ignoring customers is a very bad look!
Poor service. I ordered a specific pool online for Christmas. There was no communication and a different pool was delivered to me. When I questioned through email, I was told there is no difference other than the color and the supplier probably doesn't have that same model.nNow I am stuck with a pool that I didn't even order.nMy question is if you didn't have that model, why would is it showing online on your website and how is it available to buy. Also, klif they are similar why is there 2 different models.nPoor poor service. Very disappointing.

Excellent service and range. We just bought our first fridge from the team here. We actually were intending to purchase it elsewhere, but the salesperson who worked with us was excellent. He had solid knowledge, very polite and worked within our budget without making us feel bad. Thank you so much Crevice!! We would nominate you for employee of the month if we could! Awesome
