Excellent service and range. We just bought our first fridge from the team here. We actually were intending to purchase it elsewhere, but the salesperson who worked with us was excellent. He had solid knowledge, very polite and worked within our budget without making us feel bad. Thank you so much Crevice!! We would nominate you for employee of the month if we could! Awesome
We have bought all of our furniture, mattresses, duvets, pillows, ovens, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher , everything. We consistently have had great service from Harvey Norman Wairau Park. So we came down to Masterton and were pleasantly surprised to find a new Harvey Norman store that we could purchase a bed and mattress for my mum. We came down for Easter, looked on Monday and the bed was delivered Thursday afternoon. They had to get it from Palmerston North and said it could be 5 working days to arrive. Arrived in bonus time. I was so pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the process went with Sean in the bedding department keeping us informed every step of the way. He was bright and bubbly. Asked if he was needed at the time. We said no and he left us to have a play on the beds. He didn’t hound us, hover over us but once we had made our decision he was super helpful. Thanks Sean for a great customer experience and thanks Harvey Norman for being consistently a lovely store to deal with. We are coming to you next for our 65inch tv and we have one eyed up already
Just bought a lounge suite and was served both times viewing and coming back to purchase by Sean. He was so kind and tolerant and very knowledgeable. Super impressed with the service. 5 stars for you Sean
Called in, but just looking as we were in a motorhome. Had two staff members approach us to see if they could help. They were amazing. So helpful and had good product knowledge. Felt bad we couldn't buy anything. We'll done guys.
This is a great store to buy tech. Been here a couple of times and the prices on some stuff were reasonable. It was very easy to find the things I was looking for. The one problem which I have encountered is that this place is lacking staff. There is a good number of them at the counter but not anywhere else. When I needed help with something I had to go across the store.
