Just checked out the store around 6:45pm tonight and were really excited about the store opening, but guttered after the actual visit. Me and my partner were in for PS 5 and a TV and wanted to checkout specials and some price matching. Greeted by really nice lady, Nathan was also very helpful with assistance, but couldn’t find the actual model online. We wanted to give some other stores a go too, so rested the idea for sometime. Just when we were browsing through the electronics section the Indian guy on the floor, tall, wears specs, medium build, started commenting on us for not making any sale because apparently he “knows how we Indians are!”. Really disappointed in him and the customer service because there were three other sales representatives listening to him. Me and my partner are both in customer service and we manage great positions and we know just how important the customer experience is from our job’s standpoint. Not going back to the store again, thanks for that Harvey Norman!
We are literally 2 minutes away from being scammed of more than 1000 dollars but the good men from Harvey Norman, Nathen, thank you, saved us and seriously warned us and turn us away to validate request for purchase. This is a store with staff members who are helpful and very ethical.
Very big and a beautiful place to shop. Worried that the prices are sky high though especially for furniture. Did buy bedroom furniture and a bed but had to struggle to find a reasonable deal. Recommend Sallieanne in bedding
We purchased a new Apple iMac from a lovely lady Ashleigh at Harvey Normans Masterton. The presentation, knowledge, service and also back up service from Ashleigh was amazing. She was very attentive to our needs and has been with us every step of the way. 5 stars Ashleigh you are amazing. Thank you so much.
