I had the privilege of two amazing ladies who went beyond their time to assist me with helping to decide on a new bed and linen.nThey also helped with my dinner set.nTheresa and Vanessa from Masterton Farmers were absolutely awesome .nThey both gave me time and space to help with the major decisions I had to make.nWith their expertise and advice I purchased everything I needed and so greatful for the time and patience.nThese two ladies are extraordinary and I recommend everyone to seek them out for all the help you require.nI can not thank them enough.nnThank you thank you thank younRonnie
I have had some good and bad times in this store. Recently it has been very well, staff leaving me to shop and browse. When I need help they always lend a hand and there are some wonderful friendly staff.

Don't shop here unless you want to be followed and made to feel like your stealing.nI have been here once the whole tike I was watched. Yesterday my friend went in with her baby's she was watched by a person without uniform the whole time. She kept steering at her pram thinking she was putting items into the pram. Every isle this woman went on this lady followed eagerly looking at the pram. That lady followed her to the counter as the manager seen her he approached also and asked her if everything was algood whilst also looking at the pram. This woman made $350k last year so I don't see why she would be stealing everytime me and my partner have gone in we have been made to feel the same. So if you don't fit within there stereotype you will be labeled and followed. Don't come here. Seems they a more invested in being private investigator than being a retail store.
Had a worker pretending to be a shopper following me and my 7 week old twins around- it was my first time there since being pregnant and my first day out trying to shop with them ever which i found tricky but she ruined my whole day, I ended up going home early and not continuing my day.nnAfter I went to two sections to test if she was following me I ended up just going back to the baby section for a better look but she approached me and was all up in my space asking heaps of questions. Usually i can be quite confrontational but I guess I felt vulnerable after having my babies because i completely shut down. My babies were crying and she was still trying to hang around, it wasn’t until I said “are you hot” and took the capsule covers and their blankets off to show there was nothing and at the checkout I made them a bottle right on the bench to also kinda show my bag was empty too. To which I noticed another lady- she didn’t seem like floor staff. She kept going pass and giving me this look.I felt so uncomfortable. I felt forced to buy something in the end.nnI don’t ever want to go back.
