This evening my sister and I were treated exceptionally well by 4 different female members of staff at the Masterton Warehouse. All 4 went out their way to do find information and listened to our concerns with empathy and kindness. VERY IMPRESSED!
Good service and price
If you give an item a bad review or point out a fault on the warehouse website they will remove it. They have done it to me twice. And a friend once.
Will it okay I buy what I need
Very helpful and friendly staff. Good selection of merchandise and well stocked shelves. Prices clearly marked and reasonable.
Pretty standard fare, average quality or less, not enough staff with sometimes long waits for people to hunt out coins in their damn bags. Some staff are super friendly, some act as if they work for some high end expensive retailer with the associated attitude, news flash. You work at the warehouse sweetheart.
High quality goods ranging from kids toys to garden tools. Got everything you could need. Even has plants, shoes, and clothing
