The No Grainer

I was in Mt. Albert and just dropped in to have a cup of coffee. My first visit. I was not disappointed. The place was pleasant, sitting was comfortable and friendly service. A smile made a difference to any customer. I didn't order any food, just a cup of flat white. I could say they made good coffee. Maybe will order food during my next visit. So if you around Mt. Albert don't miss No Grainer for a cup of good coffee.

Cafe is inside the community center. It doesn't present that well in the shared space but the vegan/vegetarian food is totally yum. I had the eggplant and lentil lasagna and kale salad. Both were utterly scrumptious!

Lovely gf and vegan food and drnks. Hidden away. Nice private outdoor area with good view.

This place is such a gem! Tucked away inside the community centre and YMCA, beautiful raw/vegan/gluten free foods and cakes and all sorts of interesting drinks. I had a chai with homemade almond milk which was delicious. Totally worth dropping in on next time you go to rocket park with the kids!

We had the AMAZING no grainer pizza. Absolutely amazing and gluten-free/dairy free. Great for low carb diets, super friendly and helpful staff. Yummy treats too!

Recently visited this café for the first time while attending an event in Mt. Albert War Memorial Hall. Only ordered one item - a hot chocolate. I don't normally buy hot chocolate from other places than my normal café as most cafes make hot chocolate too bland without sugar or no creamy texture at all. To my surprise No Grainer hot chocolate was soo tasty. It really had chocolaty taste that fulfil the needs of a chocoholic like me. I live in North Shore but definitely want to come here again. Thank you!

Don’t let the community centre location put you off - this is a hidden gem. Lovely staff, coffee and beautiful food. Recommend the pure ginger shot for those that want the exhilaration of running with the bulls without the animal welfare or personal safety concerns.

Quaint little cafe that has a host of gluten free options and beverages to chose from. Great place for a quick cup of coffee or some "guilt free" treats with a friend. Friendly staff and tasty snacks and beverages.

One of the best in NZ in my humble opinion, two lovely ladys who know how to create the best tasting food, smoothies, cakes, coffee, pizzas, nut cheese tarts, salads. All Plant based I believe.

Many vegan options. Very yummy.
