Stuart at mortgage managers helped me get a mortgage for a first home. Along with advice and help setting up my kiwisaver to better serve me. He has a wealth of knowledge, answers questions quickly and makes it simple and easy to Understand. He made the process so stress free and definitely helped with any anxiety due to his calm approach, would recommend him anytime for any financial services he offers! I have found Stuart at Mortgage managers randomly via internet search . Even my situation being complicated , he got me approved a home loan. He helped me through all the documentation. He in fact gone extra mile to help me to understand how to  prioritize my requirements and avoiding dodgy situations. His knowledge about banking, finance and real estate is impeccable. Anyone who dream to get in their own house ,call Stuart from Mortgage Managers without hesitation , I am sure you would be really happy that you did.

Stuart at Mortgage Managers done an amazing job for us, he was always around for a call, txt or email.  Can not recommend him highly enough, we changed house a couple of times, and due to a mixup, he had a short time to get us over the line for the house we are preparing to now move in to.  Thank you for all your hard work Stuart.

I have been working with Stuart to refinance my home loan. He has been really helpful and has given me some excellent tips and advice moving forward - no question was too much hassle and the process has been smooth. I’m looking forward to the ongoing advice and support as the goal posts move.

This review is specifically for Stuart Wills. Worst customer service ever. Never responds to emails. Please do yourself a favour and do not use him for anything or go ahead and find out for yourself. This is by far the worst experience we've ever had. Few years ago this company used to be good but from what I hear, everything has gone downhill with no attempt to rectify the mistakes and shockingly poor customer service. 1 star is extremely generous - should be -5 stars.

My partner and I were looking for a broker to help us buy our first home and been told by someone from NZHL we would not be able to get approved. I found mortgage managers and decided to reach out as they had good reviews to see if there was another option as we were after buying a new build.  We had initial chat with Stuart Wills where I explained how we were turned down by NZHL due to only having 10% deposit and explained our situation.  Initially he was great he expressed he felt he could help us and that NZHL was connected to kiwi-bank and he would be able to reach out to other banks and lenders. My partner and I filled out all the information needed and provided him with bank statements. After this i had contacted him as we were looking at houses and were interested in two and were wanting to know possibility of getting pre approved.  He sent an email saying he would get back to me soon. However time went by and I Did not hear from him. I sent him many follow up emails as I wanted to stick with the same broker but got no response at all. I sent him emails about the properties we were interested in as thought it would encourage him to reach out as there was a property of interest and urgency to get a pre-approval. No response.  We were aware that banks were tight and having a 10% deposit was unfavorable but since he knew the situation and felt optimistic about it I was disappointed with the lack of response. We would’ve loved to hear back even if it was negative news it would’ve been great to just have had some response back. I feel this was so unprofessional. On top of that would see him post on the Facebook first home buyers page constantly which was so frustrating as we were wanting help. We felt we could no longer trust him and lost all respect for Stuart and went with another broker who was able to assist us with our first home purchase.  Thanks Kimmy

There are no words to explain how poor a service Mortgage Managers, and in particular, Stuart Wills provides. There should be an option to select 0 stars. Run the other way, and if you have the misfortune of dealing with them, I can recommend engaging with Financial Services Complaints Ltd for a remedy.

After a long 3 months process being mucked around by Anz, jumping through hoops to being declined in the end and when no one else would help, I found Stuarts blog and contacted him for help. Stuart understood my situation and knew the best way to handle this. He took care of all the hard work and managed to get the finance I needed and also refinance my mortgage at a better deal and structure. Very pleased on the process and outcome, easy to deal with, highly recommended to all, thank you for making it possible!
