Andrew and Team have been accommodating and patient from day one when we started gathering information and getting advice on getting our first home. We worked on a practical plan and timeline design for our family, with advice and documents for our First home loan application. Andrew is very passionate about his work and always keeps him up-to-date on the banking rules and regulations so he can give the correct information to the customers. He guided us in every step through planning two years before he assisted us with getting the loan approved within a few days with no hassle. He is very knowledgeable towards his job and very good at communicating promptly with the customers. We will recommend Ashkettle Financial services to people we know!

Awesome service and advice. Andrew definitely has provided great insights and added value to us making our decisions re home loans. We have been using their services for the past 7 years and have never been disappointed.
We approached Robyn and her team in mid 2020 as we were planning on moving back to NZ from Australia and wanted to get housing options sorted early the market was crazy at that point. Unfortunately we fell outside the bank's 'little boxes' - we were overseas, would be leaving our then jobs because of the move, and despite looking good on paper, didn't meet the Governments new mortgage tests because we hadn't yet sold our house etc. So the computer kept saying no. Robyn was great and guided us through the complexity, ultimately securing us a favourable loan arrangement. We honestly wouldn't have been able to understand and work our way through the system without her advice. She provided a great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
The Ashkettle Financial services team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information is always accurate, responses to queries are turned around very fast.
