Elias is the Executive Director of Lifework Leadership Auckland. He served as the President of the Global Speakers Federation (2018-2019) and was President of the Professional Speakers Association of New Zealand (2015-2017). Elias is a Founding Partner of the John Maxwell Team (where he served on the President’s Advisory Council). He was part of a team that managed his company's top 24 clients, who billed more than $450M per annum.
