We've worked with Eugene and his team for a number of years on various lending requirements, and recently engaged Twine again to assist with lending on an investment property purchase. Reuben and Eugene were once again really helpful, and provided a clear and detailed breakdown of the various bank options, with a recommendation on the best way to proceed. Our scenario was reasonably complex, with multiple banks and entities involved. Reuben kept us updated all the way through the process, and once we agreed on the best way to proceed, our settlement was completed quickly and easily. Eugene and Dylan helped us buy our first home. My partner and I researched as much as we could, but they were invaluable with their insights into the property market. Eugene is very patient and it didn't seem like there were any silly questions to him and I asked many . Dylan was quick to respond and reassuring when it came to dealing with the banks. They are a fantastic team I would highly recommend them to anybody.

A workmate of mine recommended me to Twine. I emailed them and sure enough, they responded promptly. Galina who looked after us was very professional and very efficient. They will analyse your situation and then propose a doable plan. No stress and their system are very savvy! I love how I don’t need to send them scanned copies of our financial records. It is very daunting to print, scan and email 15 pages of documents. I’ve had no problems with Twine. Their service is top-notch and you will be looked after! Thank you Twine until next dealing!
