Story

I’m Jess Pronk – Mortgage Adviser for The Mortgage Supply Company.

A little bit about me...
I live in West Auckland with my gorgeous boy Charlie, and my beautiful girl Poppy-Jane.
Charlie goes to Liston College, and Poppy is in a fabulous daycare in Glen Eden.
I love tramping with girlfriends, and walking the beautiful West Auckland beaches.

My work background....
I worked for ASB Bank for 11 years in the retail banking area.
I started off as a Customer Services Officer in the local branch, and worked my way up from Personal Account Manager, Manager Customer Services and to most recently Branch Manager.
I decided to join The Mortgage Supply Company to pursue my real passion...
Working with people.
I love helping clients to achieve some pretty significant “Life Moments”, and working and guiding them through the process, every step of the way.
I love showing them how best to get the most out of their lending, to save them money in the long run.
I also love building long term relationships, where you get to know who you are working with.
The thing I enjoy most about being a Mortgage Advisor, is that it ticks all these boxes.
I find that not being tied to any one particular lender allows me to find the best solution for my clients; and therefore allows me to be able to give my clients choices in the lending products that suit their needs... not the banks needs.

Being a home owner, and having had experience in buying, selling and building my own properties, I know what’s important.

I look forward to sharing my industry knowledge, and working with you to achieve your next significant Life Moment!

Jess and Liz provided an exceptional service to us while hunting for our first home. My partner is self employed, in an uncommon field, with little financial history, so we had a hard time with the bank, up until meeting Jess and her team. These lovely ladies made the mortgage pre-approval process so much less stressful and I really can’t recommend them highly enough. Jess offered to see us in person or via zoom, which was a really handy option for our busy schedules. Thank you so much, we’re so happy our hunt is finally over!

Jess and her team are absolutely brilliant! We were first home buyers one of whom is self employed and they made the journey SO easy for us, guiding us through the entire process from start to finish. No question was ever too silly or small. Jess also pulled off some tight deadline magic for us, which was truly above and beyond! We are so grateful we had Jess and her team representing us and pulling off some incredible work. Thanks to her we got in with some incredible rates and an amazing cashback. Jess is quite simply, the best at what she does, she knows her stuff and how to get the best for you. We chose to go with her after so many strong recommendations from friends and we are so happy we did! I can't recommend Jess and the team more strongly. Communication was 10/10, we never needed to meet in person - speedy email replies and a well managed team keeping everything on lock made us feel totally looked after. This is how life works in 2021, and the team were all over it. My biggest piece of advice if you're wanting to buy is to just get in touch with Jess, no matter where you think you're at. You might be closer than you think.

Jess was absolutely amazing. For someone who is single and not really knowledgeable about loans and property she made the whole process seamless. I felt that no sooner had I applied and given her a few forms that I was being handed a loan at a great rate. I am sure there was a lot of work involved behind the scenes but Jess just makes all the stress and work go away, like magic!

Jess was an amazing mortgage broker. When me and my partner were young and clueless she helped us set some goals and had a plan for when we were ready to buy. A couple years later and we are in our own home with Jess' help. When the bank that had preapproved us dropped us after the offer was accepted she got us into a new bank asap for an even better deal. Recommend her to everyone.
