UNFORTUNATELY last week was my first time and my clothes were TAKEN, I had set an alarm, and the clothes were taken before the time was up, and someone had put there clothes in. I was out sitting in my car.nABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!!

I set off the alarm while going to pick up my laundry from the drier around 11:30pm last night. I had put in a load at 11:10pm. Couldn’t find a phone number to report to. Since the doors were opened I assumed it was still open. Belatedly noticed that the closing time was 10:30. Please let me know if you require any further information from me. Thank you

Premises very clean. The machines did a super job of washing and easy to use. Reasonable prices and you can buy the powder there also. Plenty of parking. Security cameras in place too. They have dryers but I did not use them so cannot comment on those.

Dryer always leaves our clothes smelling awful and stains them. Will not be using again

First time using these machines.nnA nice tidy place with regular cleaning services.nnI put card onto the wrong machine and no way to get a refund. I should check next time before just putting into the wrong machine.nnIf there's a refund option available this would have a higher rating for sure.
