The Commons offers everything from a late morning coffee or casual lunch or dinner, to special occasion dining or a fun night out for drinks with friends.

With an open internal courtyard at its heart, the Commons features five distinct but interconnected spaces, which share or overlook this ‘common’ outdoor area.

On the ground floor, a casual and inviting bar space flows out into the courtyard with exclusive outdoor seating. The promenade bar space, featuring a two-story atrium and stunning light installation is the perfect spot for day drinking in the sun.

Our bistro restaurant on the upstairs mezzanine level offers amazing dining options with our chefs bespoke menu offering creations from head chef Jarrod McGregor. Or book a more formal dinner in our private degustation room, offering intimate dining and a view of Rangitoto.

Enjoy all-day alfresco dining and drinking in the courtyard, featuring a seven metre long bar, complemented by a living green wall behind the bar lush with bamboo, ivy and other creepers. Unique retractable tulip parasols create an intimate dining and drinking experience while providing protection from the elements.
