Nice coffee and services. I think they have improved their customer service recently. The store is always busy. Their food is also good. The coffee club big breakfast was served with a huge portion.

18 customers were there when we arrived Coffee came in 10 minutes Chocolate cake came 20 minutes later Flies everywhere at our table I don’t recommend this place for service or hygiene but I do rate the coffee and cake. After spending up at the mall it was good to sit and relax - the kitchen chef had to come out and get service happening for our table after the loooooong wait

It was a busy day so I thought at Dressmart at onehunga for a brunch. I went to coffee club. I had a flat white and Flat Grills & Tacos with chips beef brisket n cheese flat grill big portion and very filling . The coffee was good, there has been some waiting for my meal but Oh Boy, it worth it, the food arrived hot and fresh. The meat was tender and the chips were crunchy. Staff are friendly but I wish they smile more. The experience was lovely

Service was terrible from the coconut Tongan girl who had broken English and barely understood simple instructions. Our food was microwaved, and we watched the cook in the kitchen go live on TikTok while we waited for 45 minutes for a simple breakfast.

I like their coconut flat white, cake was a bit so-so but goes well with coffee. Staff were really nice. My partner left her mobile phone in the cafe and their staff took care of it/ returned it to us with no problem

Coffee is good and the vegan chocolate is even better. Staff very attentive and the place was spotless covid hygiene protocols, I guess cause we were the only ones there with an hour before closing.

don't bother... easily the worst coffee club ever, brings shame to the franchise name. started with incompetent register staff, then an over 20 minute wait for food for only three people and out of the cabinet, in which time they tried to give us other peoples orders, those people had been waiting even longer! finally gave us our food not in the same five minutes either- bit by bit and coffee, which was cold, and uncooked. the panini was so cold that the cheese hadn't even started to melt, and the pastry of the sausage roll was completely uncooked. we were not given anything to eat with either; when we asked for knives and forks they brought us two sets... for three people eating.... safe to say these clowns cannot do simple math let alone run a franchised cafe. save yourself the time and buy a coffee bubble tea from gong cha and a burger from maccas.

I love Coffee Club and take my parents there every week. Last month noticed they didn’t have wedges on their menu like always as we order it every time. Asked the cashier about it, another Chinese staff said “if not on menu we don’t do it” she answered very rudely. We rarely go to this branch but are never going back due to their customer service coz they have none.

Amazing customer service by Lotu , Christopher and also another lady in the kitchen were so friendly and helpful . We went to so many coffee clubs but the service and food at this place was superb . Highly recommended to everyone
