Hello,nnLast year I ordered a caramel popcorn birthday cake for my husband’s birthday. The quality of the cake was so bad. We thought that may be accidentally happened.nnBut for my birthday which was on Yesterday, my husband ordered Tiramisu cake. However the chocolate dust was toooo much on top of the cake. It should be a fine layer but it had a thick layer.nnWe will never trust you again and never purchase anything from your shop. You should provide a quality service for the money that we pay for the food. I will be adding two photos of both cakes so others can get an idea about the quality of the final product.
I went to the Hamilton northmall cheese Cakes store at 9:30 this morning and bought a box of cheesecake to share with my classmates. The receptionist Hayleigh and her supervisor in the store were very friendly and professional in introducing the products. Thanks to their help, our classmates are very happy in Settlement Central.
The service I received today from the shop was utterly unacceptable and filled with disdain. As a loyal customer for the past four years, I was disheartened by the interaction I had with the woman at the counter, which has led me to reconsider my future visits. Her tone was consistently patronizing and condescending throughout our exchange. I strongly advise her to refrain from belittling and making assumptions about customers based on their appearance or proficiency in English. Additionally, the box containing the cake was unclean, marked with stains of cream and other colors. Although I contemplated returning to request a replacement, my interest in entering the shop has since diminished.
Hi everyone,nnI wanted to share my experience with the half cake I ordered from Cheesecake. The cake I received was literally just half of a cake, without any pictures or references provided on their website. When I asked if they could at least add the toppings shown in the website picture, they informed me that the other half had already been given to someone else and they couldn't do anything about it. I'm really disappointed and feel they should have mentioned this on the website when ordering.
I ordered this cake 2 hours before I picked it up. I was 15 minutes late from the time I was supposed to pick it up, but when I got there, it wasn’t ready yet. I ordered it for pick up for a reason; they just started making it when I arrived, and because of that, I was late for my dinner appointment. The staff didn’t even seem apologetic. What’s worse is when everyone tried the cake, it was still frozen! I’m not the type to complain, but the stress and embarrassment I felt were overwhelming.
