Had a below average experience here after my local store 3 hours away closed down. And the manager Amy went above and beyond to try fix the issue. I appreciate customer service more than anything else. Her time was genuine and she resolved the matter quickly. Thanks girl!

They have great service, great products, I got myself one of the lush scented Christmas range I got myself the festive berry shower gel it smells like a walk in the woods on a snowy Christmas Day in the uk with the natural smell of the trees and the tree Berry’s . It’s soo lush .

Went into this shop today, Monday 29th April and the lady who served me was super helpful and had great customer service. Not sure of her name but she was blonde and it was around 330pm. Please pass on. Will definitely come back again.

Their products are of high quality and smell delicious! Great customer service from staff who are very helpful.
