Nood Sylvia Park

This is one of my favourite furniture store. Their products are beautiful and great quality. I was served by Barbarad and she was amazing. She went above and beyond and was friendly and super professional. She kept coming to me while I was browsing asking me if I needed further assistance. She kept accomodating my requests such as opening a sofa bed and helping me with assembly questions etc I really appreciated her help. I would definitely recommend this place.

Maria at Nood SP was so lovely to deal with. I bought 2 couches from her on Saturday and are so happy with the customer service delivered with a huge smile. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Unbelievably slow for paying at the counter. Not a busy time but waited more than 12 minutes just for paying for few scans and pay items only 1 customer ahead of me and the customer walk away and saying good luck. Finally my turn and the staff ask me to wait again as she needs to get some items from the back and all she needs to do is just scan my items and I pay then she can move…

Rude manager, refused to provide refund 2 days later even though item was never picked up from their warehouse. Avoid.

Ashley at Nood - Sylvia Park is an absolute gem! She has helped us on multiple occasions and every time the service and care she gives us has been beyond words. Always smiling and will go above and beyond to help her customers. So if the PR team of Nood is reading this...Ashley is a great asset to your company!!

Went there to buy a mirror. They did not have it in stock and refused to sell one although they had 3 exactly the same mirrors on display.

We ordered a couch July 14 because we moved house and had no couch. We received incorrect order twice and we won't get the correct piece of our couch until end of September now. Offered a refund of $50 for delivery cost. Awesome friendly staff great products unsatisfactory stock picking / delivery service.

A great place to shop for beautiful wall art and found furnishing also that ties in with the large piece we purchased. Excellent sale price savings. Unexpected. Another week to go so recommend shopping to save.

Disappointed with the level of communication skills demonstrated by Nood MT Wellington Store Rebecca in general. When you have promised to get back to your customer, you must honor your word. I have been waited over 3 weeks now for response and have nothing but bad experience from this store.

Good store with nice furnitures and good customer service... Saying that, I purchased a table and the experience was a follow: 1. I had to pay $50 delivery on the top of the prices they have. It's not really nice to pay that much for delivery. 2. I was suppose to get the Table coming from Christchurch, arriving before the next coming week end, delivered by Mainfreight. This table never arrived, I spent the whole Saturday waiting at home as they rang me asking if I was going to be at home... Never arrived. 3. After waiting I left home on Saturday at 3pm, they never contacted me back, the store offered me different options but always depending on Mainfreight, and they never replied. 4. I was having some people at home this week end and we were going to have lunch and dinner as they came from overseas, but we obviously couldn't because we didn't have table. 5. After several calls, I got the table on Monday, but the few legs were damaged. 6. The only good thing of this process is that they sent me out another box of legs and a courier label to send back the damaged ones. 7. After a long time, I don't know If I would ever buy another furniture on this store, I love my table but the hassle created isn't worth. GOOD design and friendly staff. BAD courier system used and they are just a show room.
