The bamboo microfiber sheets I bought here feel softer than any high thread count sheets I have. It's like sleeping on a cloud.
Have purchased from QueenB on two occasions and have been extremely happy both times. Website is relatively easy to navigate, along with checkout process. First order was received within a week of ordering. Second order was received within 24hours of ordering!!! Very impressed. Products have always been as described, if not better. I have placed two orders with queenb and have been happy with their teams exceptional coustomer service from time of placing order to receiveing goods. Ten out of ten for customer service. Courier took an unusually long time to deliver, outstanding communication and customer service from the queenb team.
I ordered last week, took them Tuesday to email me saying they dont have the sheets I ordered, when replied it then took them until late evening to email back to reply stating it would be sent out on that day. Nothing since this morning then I received an email with my tracking number saying it only just got picked up today??? It states 1-2 buisness days for ordered, not a bloody week and then some. Not impressed and will not be buying from them again.
I needed two waterproof hospital pillows on very short notice. I chatted online, placed my order and picked them up two hours later.
