My partner and I have been to this store separately. We were each greeted by different staff members and both of us were blown away by the awesome way we were treated. Thank you so much for making shopping with you a great experience! It is becoming rare to have such lovely customer/staff exchange.
This branch is highly recommended. A lady named Susanna helped me with an outfit and she was lovely,kind,respectful. She did so much just for my satisfaction : if I could rate her individual customer service it would be 10/10.
I went in for some boxers that were advertised on website. I couldn't find them but bought something else instead. They had changing rooms so I could try them on. Sales lady did the job ok but had no smile or welcoming manner/attitude. I will go back and ask about the boxers in the new year.
I liked that the sales assistant was honest when I asked for an opinion on the clothing I was trying on
They have good specials at the moment on children's clothing.
Lots of clothes and things recycled good at low prices
Staff there was excellent. Shout out to Sam for the all his help. He remember my name only after one visit. Great range and selection.
Lady at the counter was so rude and when I told about a body butter she said it was never there But the fact is I bought it 3 yrs ago. She was not very welcoming, helpful even though she is working from last 2 yrs there She Just wanna rush as it was closing time Poor customer service Rest good variety in store but not happy with the one one who served us
Good store with a variety of choices to make. Men's apparel is at the back right of the store if you enter from the front entry of store. 2 changing rooms. This store excepts the new layby system which is very good. This seems to be a popular retail store. Prices and quality are good. Friendly staff
Bad customer service. 1 person is serving on the counter, the other one is busy tidying the rack while another is on the counter but busy doing her own things when there are people waiting in the line. Spent about 5 mins in line waiting to be served at the checkout.
