Kookai

The last time I went to Kookai was a really nice experience. I’m not that into dresses but wanted to wear one out that night. The lady was so helpful and encouraging and totally understood what I was looking for. She was like my own personal shopper in that store and made a really daunting experience quite fun!

I just wanted to acknowledge the lovely and friendly shop assistant who greeted me this morning. Didn’t catch her name unfortunately. She genuinely seemed interested in having a chat and was not at all pushy. It was a nice experience that I felt compelled to review. Thank you

Probably one of the worst shopping experiences I've EVER had. Went to try on a dress and got told that the clothing in store 'might stretch' to my size...Plot twist, the size 10 was too big for me....Sooooo extremely rude and terrible customer service. Better off going to Ruby

There is an Asian sales girl very aggressive and impolite. Not good service.

Super helpful, genuine, and friendly staff. Also Kookai has some really cute clothes, would definitely recommend checking this store out.

The girl at the changing room was extremely rude. She could not be bothered helping anyone . I am so surprised at their customer service. Clearly not interested in the job and they are just there cause they have to be.
