Amazing 2ed visit 2ed person 2ed time very happy with the results.my nails look amazing. The staff are friendly and try their best to chat with you. The shop is clean and tidy and hygiene standards are the best I've seen. Had a bit of a Wait time was there busy time but was informed about this and was updated/informed regularly, and it was well worth the wait. The shape was spot on and consistent and nails are thin smooth

First time, won’t be going back. While the nails were ok, the staff were not very friendly and spoke in their language the whole time, loudly. So loudly I could not have a conversation with my niece. Also paid for full manicure for her, explained it was her first manicure, and they skipped the hand massage completely. Not great customer service at all. Manicures meant to be relaxing but definitely not with staff shouting at each other and conversing across the shop the whole time.Service: Manicure

Please and I mean please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE, this is the worst nail salon I have ever been to, as soon as you get into shops they make you sit down for ages and when someone finally comes they are as rude and demanding as can be. The man who did my nail was pulling and turning my fingers in ways it should not be, they are so rough and rude, I got one acrylic nail fixed, my previous nails I got done at Newmarket and love them, but my thumb nail broke so I went to Sylvia Park to get up fixed. The man demanded that the shape of my nail was coffin as he was cutting the sides of the nail he had just put on but was actually square, he used a complete different gel nail polish to what I had on my other nails without even asking me, and the whole nail is a complete different shape. when it comes to paying I tried to get some money off as it was not what I had wanted but the man said originally it was $15 when the price he told me at the start was $10. This nail shop only cares about money and a total scam please don’t go here.

I had a terrible experience and I'm not surprised by the 1 star rating. How are you honestly still operating??? I have a message for the owner if they even care. -your staff are getting paid to sit in the masage chairs and look at their phones and missing the store phone when it rings. -your staff are on phones and sitting down when they SHOULD be cleaning the filth. -your staff are still answering texts and phone calls WHILE sitting in front of and working on clients, laughing and carrying on like the client isn't even there. -your store has more dust than an abandoned museum. -you should not over book or take payment prior to completion of the job. You need to actually manage the store otherwise you are paying your staff to doing nothing, causing clients to never return and giving your brand a terrible name. You won't be able to financially last with this business going the way it is.Services: Manicure

RUSHED, RUDE, and an absolute SCAM. My Aunty and I went on a Sunday afternoon when told the waiting time was only 5-10 min. We wanted to go to Sculpt since that is the best nail place in the mall, but unfortunately they were understaffed. So when they started my nails at un professionail, the girl didn’t even greet me or say hi or anything she just yanked my hand and started with the nail drill. I could tell she was clearly rushed and trying to get through as soon as possible. And because she was going too fast she cut my finger twice and merely apologised. She seemed to have an attitude problem and left several times to check her phone. The desk I was at didn’t have a UV dryer underneath or a fan I just had to let my hands air dry. They made me wait 30 minutes to air dry before I could leave all because they didn’t have enough equipment. In the end the nails looked cheap and there was still nail polish all around my nails and on my fingers. A day later the polish already starts chipping off. It was $50 wasted. All the staff gossip and talk mandarin right in front of you. Don’t recommend to anyone. Horrible place.Service: Manicure

My first set my nail lady walked out after applying my tips and never came back without even telling me what was going on, thought I would give it a second chance - don’t do it. No cuticle work when doing acrylic sets or hand washing ??! I don’t think they can do long acrylics , anytime you ask for long they do medium and try charge you extra for “the length” that’s not there. I also attained a friction burn from how hard and aggressively she was filing after telling her I was in pain. Not to mention gossiping about customers infront of them.Service: Acrylic nails

I just left this nail salon this am after they removed my gel polish and toes to apply more. The man doing it filed the gel off my big toe, I asked him to soak it which he did then proceeded to file some more. I stopped him once again as it was hurting and left. They did refund me but I have just seen a podiatrist as it’s that sore and in two places he has almost hit the nail bed no tried calling numerous times to te them this so they can not let him work again on people toes but they haven’t answered. Do here you go. My big toe is in awful shape because of your rushed practices trying to just file gel polish off rather than soak like normal. Extremely unhappy.Service: Pedicure

I went to the branch in Sylvia.I saw they were full and asked where was another nail place, however they didn't tell me where professional nail was in sylvia and told me they could take me instead. So I waited almost 30mins. At that point I wanted to go but couldn't cause my mum was already being served. When I was finally served, she rushed my nails. The polish was not painted properly and she didnt buffer/file properly either. It was so rushed, she didnt even finish but asked another lady to finish while she moved on. Did not like the service or the quality my nails. would not recommend.Services: Manicure

Please restart/refresh your business! You can not take people money and giving them bad service. I’ve never done such bad acrylic nails in my life that have ruined my day and wasted so much of my time.Please go somewhere else if you don’t want to get botched.

Rude, arrogant man the owner. I was yelled at very aggressively, after I misplaced my receipt, despite offering to show the transaction and apologising. Service was rushed after waiting 1hr and very average result. Worst nail salon experience I’ve had. Left feeling awful, not like I should after getting my nails done. Would not recommend.
