Great ambiance good staff and service with pleasant environment. Very well maintained restaurant. Good quality food. Service with smile n farewell. I will recommend this to all thai lovers must try chili thai work meat. Nice fried fish in sauce. Fresh jasmine rice good priced beer n bar.

Food was OK. Service was possibly the worst I have come across. This place used to be quite good but now its better to avoid. There's only one harried owner/waitress/barmaid/hostess trying to do everything. Running around like a headless chook at best. Wait times were ridiculous. Go elsewhere.

Thai Flame is a genuine thai restaurant. Warm, cozy and delicious food. Customer service is brilliant. If you're ever in east tamaki try this place. My friends and I all got separate dishes and they did not disappoint.

Good food and nice interior décor...

Lovely and welcoming. Friendly staff. Food is alright. Price is fair. I have been here many times and I have had only 1 time where I waited for my food longer than expected because of an issue they had with the order. I love the vibe of the place.

We have been to this restaurant a few times however the service tonight was pretty poor, waited around 15 minutes to get a beer and even the food tonight was pretty average. Sorry to say we were not impressed. Presentation was pretty good though.

Arrived at 6, ordered after 15 minutes, food did not arrive for over 2 hours. Terrible service, overpriced, food was mediocre at best.

Big restaurant, good for big groups. The food was actually quite spicy too which is awesome. Staff were very friendly

The food was good but service was slow. The non drinkers had to ask repeatedly for water and glasses.
