Great track, free to the public but can be booked for private use. Nice views of the estuary and easy access to the domain.
Great for athletics track and field events. Excellent facilities.
Running track - check. Rugby field - check. Playground - check small. Tennis club - check 'lawn' tennis but looks like they dint play on grass, mini homeless tent city - check mini tent city, not like mini homeless people. Maybe a couple of dozen people across the whole domain during weekday lunch. This would be a good site foe a stadium just saying.
