Memorial Park

great place to relax and spend time outdoors. The park is clean, spacious, and perfect for families, with playgrounds, BBQ areas, and nice walking spots by the water. It also has a peaceful atmosphere with some historical significance. Overall, it’s one of the best spots in Tauranga for a casual day out.

It's a pleasant waterside park. I bet it's great for kids. There's a swimming pool somewhere there, which I would have used if I'd had more time.

Good for picnics and BBQs are free. Has the prettiest fountain next to the bay

Awesome park with loads for kids of all ages to do. When the trains are running they are a very popular attraction and a very reasonable price per ride for kids and adults. Great day out in the Tauranga sun. Remember to get an ice cream!!!

We arrived early and found one spot. It seems designed for much smaller vehicles than our 7.5 m RV. However, with a bit of juggling we managed to fit in the spot as per the photo. There are a few rough sleepers in Vans there overnight but the ones we met were friendly.nWe had a good fun time at the mini golf
