We make this stop on our way from Auckland to Coromandel when we're not in a rush, it's just a 5 min detour from the route and it's totally worth it. Good coffee and nice fresh options to eat hot, cold, savoury and sweet all in a quiet and pleasing atmosphere.nThe staff is very nice and attentive.nAnd the plants shop next to it adds up to the atmosphere and definitely worth visiting too

The food was good... much better than I was expecting it to be, and coffee wasn't bad either this is coming from a very picky coffee drinker!nMum requested a salad sandwich, which they made up for her, and she thoroughly enjoyed, and I tried my first date scone, which I also really liked.
Plenty of parking shared with the garden shop next door.nAll of our orders were done in a timely manner and the eggs were not over cooked, thank you, for any of our group's orders.nWas busy from midday, so obviously a good choice.nOutdoor seating area too.
A little gem located next to Aeroview Garden Centre on main highway into Thames township.nnCafe has roomy indoors and a terraced deck area outside to sit on in summertime.nnVery friendly staff are there to help you select from either the blackboard menu or good choice of cabinet food.nnWe ordered poached eggs on toast with bacon approx $13 and buttermilk pancakes with fruit 16.50. My husband enjoyed his and my pancakes were the best Ive had. Delicious with good sized portions they came with an extra jug of warm syrup.nnHung around the inside cafe walls is artwork for sale by local artists, all reasonably priced.nnSo if you're looking for a fabulous cafe with good food and great service then I recommend stop here.
