Some of the worst ramen I'd ever had. The broth tasted like it was something you'd get from a packet and poured hot water over it. It was certainly a watery broth compared to other places which are rich and have deep flavours. The takoyaki was really soggy on the outside which was disappointing as the inside had a nice sized bit of octopus that was tender. Service was quick but you would hope so considering I was the only person in there
Absolutely amazing ramen! Their home-made noodles are incredible and the broth is always rich and tasty. The staff are lovely, polite, and very friendly. There's a good amount of free parking which is nice, it can just be a bit of a mission to find it coming in off the main road. If you're looking for a local ramen spot, would most definitely recommend checking them out, so nice to find authentic ramen in Auckland! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options available! Parking: Big parking lot outside, easily fits 100+ cars
Great food and service. Fairly priced and super yummy. If you want real japanese food, look no further Recommended dishesGyokai Tsukemen, Pork Gyoza, Chicken Kara-Age, Takoyaki
Very tasty Ramen and Kara-Age chicken. Service was friendly and were happy to make one of our dishes extra spicy. Will be back here for more.
I've been here a couple times, nice food and atmosphere with good portions. Popular spot with above average service. Nice place for a date or to enjoy a meal with friends and family!
If you want your Miso Ramen to taste like watered down peanut butter then this is the place to go. It was horrible. Only not doing 1 star as Japanese people are lovely. I’ll try something again another time, but as for this dish I wouldn’t recommend. We both hated it.
Got Tonkotsu ramen with shellfish dashi. The noodles are nice but not much other items in the soup. Paid extra for egg cause ramen without egg... The broth lacked something. The karaage was great, very tastyFood: 3/5
delicious. one taste and you'll know it's not those mass-produced noodles found in other restaurants. authentic japanese staff. definitely be back for more as my boyfriend really likes the food there. Parking: plenty of parking, yes yes yes.
I have to eat at this place when it was Tampopo and I have ordered take away today, and it has been the same superb quality and quantity. Also very fast and attentive service Food: 5/5
Stopped by for lunch and was surprised that their lunch special Ramen and gyoza was also available on weekends. Quite a large selection of soup bases and toppings you can add to the ramen. The ramen is really good, I particularly like the tonkatsu pork broth bases. You can also choose between thick or thin noodles. They also have dons for those who don't like noodles. Nice service and the wait isn't too long.
