Awesome service!! Super friendly staff and great selection of products. I will got to this shop for all my equipment and instrument needs. Highly recommend.

Horrible service. Snarky staff and barely knew process of guitar services even with 3 people standing around.  Only saving grace is that they had what I wanted in stock but that too was a lucky find cause they were so under stocked.

I have bought stuff worth $1650. We been suggested the wrong Mike along with the sound shield. We initially had problems but AIDEN has handled it well. Good service The guys who helped us but the product is Michael, very good sales guy too.

Edit for context: The staff here told me it'll take a week to restring my guitar, then condescendingly told me that I should know how to do it myself. They may be right, but it's strange they'll rather turn away business than do an easy job. 2 stars because the other staff are usually polite.

Guy seemed to be not interested in showing me speaker setup  looked like a seventies rock guitarist .not a hi salesmen ?

Lovely store with great service. Even when things go wrong, they are easy to engage and fix any issue.

Experienced staff really helpful in making purchase decisions for musical instruments.
