Bought a piano from them, salesman was very helpful and allowed us to take plenty of time to try out all the pianos to find just the right one.
I phoned piano traders with some queries in regards to purchasing a piano and the after sales service. The sales rep was amazing. He took considerable time and effort to make the purchasing easy and give us comfort in knowing everything would go smoothly. We now are informed and will not hesitate to use this business. Bought the piano in 2016, when the owner was Robert's father, who promised a 20% discount for future buying the books. This year, I called to confirm whether that the discount available, the answer was yes, but when I went to the store, said to me that didn’t remember it. There is no record in the computer for discounts. Come on!! In 2016, your father still wrote the invoice by hand. Of course there have northing in computer! I don't care about a few dollars off, but I do care about doing business so dishonestly!!!
Very friendly staff and helpful. I bought violin books for my child and found it was cheaper than other places. Going to buy the next level book soon.
