WHAT DO SUPERGRANS DO?
Supergrans staff and volunteers help people to help themselves.
WHERE DO THEY DO IT?
In the client's home. In special circumstances in the Supergrans Lower Hutt office.
WHAT SORT OF THINGS DOES A CLIENT GET HELP WITH?
1) Learn how to develop household routines eg cooking and cleaning.(Supergrans guide clients, they do not do the work)
2) Clients who need help with financial management, especially if they are in debt, work with trained budget advisers to become and stay debt-free.
WHAT DOES THE CLIENT HAVE TO DO?
1) Become a signed up client.
2) Explain to the Supergran what they want to achieve.
3) Supergrans writes the client's plan.
4) Supergrans support the client to follow their plan.
5)As time goes by the client may choose to make changes to the plan.
