Good range of booze and friendly helpful staff

They got some really good and rare collections.

The staff are always so friendly and happy to help. Have bought a few gifts from here and they are great at asking questions to help find the right gift. They recently helped with our school fundraiser and it was greatly appreciated.

I just had to say how grateful I am to the manager for personally doing a delivery at short notice, on a Saturday to our Airbnb guest who had WIFI trouble. Over and above service and help, which I was overjoyed with. We will only use this store for any orders from now on. Thank you, superstar.

By far the best customer service of any liquor store I have been to. Every time I have visited I have had exceptional service, not just a one off experience. The staff know their products and won't lie through their teeth to get a sale. If they don't know a specific whiskey or other drink they will be honest and say they don't know. Always greeted with a smile and I noticed another customer in store was recognized by a staff member who knew exactly what they wanted before the customer had to ask. Top notch, I highly recommend

Staff have a great knowledge of their products. A good old fashioned enjoyable retail experience in a modern setting.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while now, as this bottle shop is theeeee best retail experience in all of Queenstown. The staff are beyond friendly, and genuinely helpful. I have absolutely no idea how they keep there staff so happy, but keep doing what your doing. I go out of my way to go here

I come to the liquor for looking some wine. A Guy asked me for my ID, normally they ask you if you want to buy something. I showed him my ID from my country but he was looking for my passport. I had to leave the store. I felt it was a discrimination just for coming to look
