Came in to get a pair of headphones, Justin spotted me straight away, found me the best headphones that fit my specs and got me sorted with extra warranty. Explained everything super plain and simple. Great man, give that man a pay raise.

Needed two new laptops but wanted some advice from staff although they had no interest in helping, so we stood there for 15 minutes being ignored by staff who were leaning against displays. Great service guys

The young man with short curl hairshould’ve checked his name tagin the tech department solved my problems professionally and efficiently. He consulted through phone even though he might deal with such problems for the first time instead of just muddling through it. Very satisfying customers experience.
