I came in on the 23/08 and needed a new phone. I was with a different company and needed a change, I was served by a young lady whom I never knew her name but she said she was from India. She helped me through my issue which took about 2 hours so she had skipped lunch. I just want to thank her for that. She’s helped me out a lot and she was very lovely. Do not regret coming here - as I had previously been into other cell provider stores.

I've been calling every day this week to see if they have an item in stock. It always goes to voicemail, left a voicemail, call was never returned. I have to come in to use a Spark gift card which can't be used in their online store of course. I'd sure like to know if they have the item I want before driving an hour to the store. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to find out, fingers crossed guys

Declan has been absolutely amazing to deal with and has excellent customer service skills. I haven’t had very positive experiences with spark previously however, Declan rectified the issues I was having with spark and has been excellent to deal with. He really went out of his way to follow up and ensure that everything was all sorted. If it wasn’t for the great service I received from Declan I would have left spark and transferred to another phone company. Declan provided the service you expect to see from a provider and I think Declan would be great in a management or training roll one day. Spark needs more employees like Declan.

I purchased a mobile phone cover from the store and it ended up being the reason my phone screen smashed on the ground. The consultant did not warn me of the faults with this cover. Little did I know, the wallet phone cover chosen was one that has no magnet! to hold the front cover closed, AND opens not only at the front but also halfway at the back! see photos making the cover difficult to hold. On the day the screen smashed, I was holding it in my hand when it slipped from my grip, the phone case opened no magnet strip and flew wide open front and part back not attached landing on the screen!!! cracking the screen causing a white line through the middle and not been able to use parts of the touch screen. When I took my phone in to show a different consultant she was not even interested how it happened or that I had brought the new S22 ultra AND the phone cover at the same time. I feel responsibility should come from the store, they should know all their products inside out. A friend has also revealed the same happened to her with the exact same cover!! Sending my phone for repair will cost me $500+ to fix screen. I am so mad that I feel like going to FAIR GO! Steer clear of this store they don't know there products!

Mike provided awesome customer service! He was thorough and very patient with my 101 questions while we deliberated on which new phone and protective cover to purchase. His product knowledge was great and he wasn't pushy; he just gave solid advise. He then assisted in transferring everything to the new phone. thanks again.

Impossible to get hold of this store. I've rang this store over 10+ times today and yesterday and no answer. Very frustrating.

Excellent service. Went there in a panick as I had smashed my new Samsung Ultra s20 5G on a night out. The guy was really easy to deal with, and I was in a bad situation. I was tight for coin and could only afford ex amount of dollars to get my phone back. The issue I had was, in such a rush to get out of the car I had dropped my loan phone they had given me, and it cracked. They kindly only charged me $6.38 for insurance, which really helped me also. Not only that, I had a brand new phone in my hand. Thank God for insurance. Cheers Spark Frankton!
