Sunday Cantina

Nice place offering traditional cafe food. The breakfast was good. Freshly cooked with fresh ingredients.nThe coffee was very good. I like it strong and it was exactly to my like.

My crew of year 9 and 10 students really enjoyed the atmosphere in Sunday Cantina but found they missed the music when we were all seated in a separate room. However, they loved being in their own separate room, as I’m sure other patrons did too. The range of brunch options was impressive and the kitchen very kindly made pizzas even though we were there before 11am. Thumbs up from the students - the pizzas and bagels were their favourites.

Excellent lunch, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. It was a beautiful sunny day and the outside area was fabulous. Lots of options if you’re GF, DF and vegan, and our dogs were also welcome.

Visited this lovely establishment for brunch.nnWe had a variety of food, including the big brekky, veggie hash meal and the bean meal, alongside iced drinks and a smoothie.nnUnfortunately both the food and drink were just OK. I would've expected a more flavourful experience, but the entire group agreed that the food lacked flavour, with 2 meals ended up not finished.

I went with a friend and we were both disappointed from the start. The music was so loud my friend asked if it could be turned down. I ordered the Chia pudding only to be told it was not on the menu even though I was ordering off the menu in front of me. We both decided to have the French toast. Two bowls of very unappealing food arrived both hopeful it would taste better than it looked. Unfortunately not and after one mouthful didn't want to eat anymore. The banana was all mushed up, bacon had a horrible smokey flavour and the toast had to much maple syrup. The waitress seemed oblivious to the fact we hadn't eaten our meal which my friend named it vomit in a bowl. We were offered a piece of cake or slice.
