I went in and picked up a sub for a late lunch. The young lady working was busy making subs for the couple in front of me. She was efficient, polite and friendly. My sub was made perfectly and she offered me different salad/condiments. She upsold me cookies and obviously knew the product well. Look after her, she is an asset to your business.
*today 5/2/26 I ordered a ham, cheese and tomato toastie online and all I got was a ham and cheese bun, that had be put in the microwave .nn2025, Edit* I have since been back twice and the bread was fresh ,the sub was a great tasting sub, the young guy serving was fantastic and did a great job and handled the que of people well. Thank you, the only criticism now is the price is over the top for what you get.nnStaff friendly, but the bread was not fresh_ must have been last nights bread and with the pricing increasing as it is. I think they seriously need to look at quality control of the product they put out. As it is not consistent each time you go. I mean 1 mingy piece of capsicum. Sometimes you get hardly any salad and an overload of dressing, But sometimes they surprise you and you get a well made sub that taste great, it is just hit and miss with this store.
What happened to the salad in roll? There is very little to what it was . Dissatisfied and disappointed. Won't be going back.
I do like subway. But my visit to Kamo subway recently wasn't a very good experience. The staff member that served me was quite rude. I asked her if I could possibly have alittle bit more carrot. Got told we are only aloud to put 6 pieces on customers buns. Otherwise I will lose my job. Her customer service skills weren't great. Come on seriously what a laugh. I even offered to pay extra.
I had the exact same experience. I went into subway last week and Jamie was working. Essentially his attitude was just toxic, disrespectful. I want to make a complaint as well that he is not an efficient worker for the Kamo subway team, and just makes the Kamo subway a bad reputation. He just made my sub into a mess I don’t know if it’s meant to be a sub or a wet soggy bread. Also I told him to add a specific salads etc but he puts the wrong things and gets ma himself keep your ears up and don’t be mad to customers practice yourself more
