I am blown away. I have autistic people in my house who are creatures of habit when it comes to food. Everything was going superb. On time, clean tidy environment, food looked great. Start to eat & find ham & cheese pizza was missing double serving of garlic base sauce. Rang to inform & the dude Argued with me! Told me he made it & he knows its got the sauce. I said im looking at it & order the garlic sauce all the time, it ain't on there. Finally he agreed to make another one in front of me so I can see. Now I appreciate that however, its 10.15pm. I certainly dont want to go back out to watch someone make my pizza at this hour. Extremely rude way to deal with customers. I wasnt rude. I mostly wanted to inform them to express how frustrating this can be when we pay a little extra for the changes And we change things for good reason sometimes. Not the response I was expecting and it will certainly make me think twice before ordering from them again. I had submitted the online review before calling them & cant change it so im posting here.
Spent nearly 2k on dominos last year...most orders had one thing wrong with it. Got Pizza for New Years and 2 pizzas wrong...they often forget the expensive extra toppings or sauces we opt for. Won't be back again this year, as they would've stolen at least $50 through incompetence last year.
Amazing pizza, and the staff were very friendly. Good thin base crust pizza which was really tasty. Would recommend people to go here.
They put in the wrong cheese and the customer service is not bad but the meat and everything else is old and my pizza was cold
Really disappointing experience. The driver couldn’t find our house in the retirement village, which meant me and my elderly grandma had to walk out to meet him. When we finally got the order, it was the wrong type of pizza, and what we did get was cold and soggy. On top of that, the pizzas delivered were cheaper than what we actually ordered and paid for, so we were scammed out of almost 40 dollars.nnMy grandma has loved Domino’s for years and it’s always been her go-to, but after this, we honestly don’t feel like supporting the business anymore. Absolute trash with horrible staff, I would give this a 0 star review if possible.
