Convenient Burger King located on Route 1 going southbound. Went in, ordered meals and Chicken. Korean Fried Chicken portions was too small. Its not enough portion for an American to be eating and after a small park hiking. Did not eat cheeseburger but the fires I shared with are delicious, better than Macca's fries. Design is meticulously beautiful on the inside part. Aioli sauce tasty as it is made out of free range eggs.
Went to Burger King on 2/10/25 at 7.15am , didn't get out food till 7.50am, yesterday I know it's dinner time but no excuse for how long it took and how organized and messed up it was it wasnTerrible , took 45 mins to get our order,nSo much for fast foods and convient , at one point for about 15 minutes no food came to counter at all lots of people waiting and getting frustrating , after realizing people that had turned up way after me were getting their orders went up and asked and said oh your order here's so than packed it and I said I ordered a chocolate shake, he said no you didnt than looked at receipt , oh you did , I guess I can make that, yeah make what I order and payed for no need for attitude and like it's an inconvenience , chips and everything was just thrown into bag and all our food was cold , and a lot of peoples orders were messed up , only orders they cared about doing were Uber eats even the driver thought was not moving. Used to be fine before they did all recent renovations and lay outs now it's slow , we both finish work late and wanted to buy burger king as normally it's quick and convenient 5 mins top not this time , we could of driven home and still made dinner quicker or gone to a restaurant and had a sit down meal. Sort you business out not good enough , no apology for wait times or for messing peopes orders up . I feel like if I didn't ask would never of got our order . Worst experience ever. Never going back.
Absolutely terrible service from Thomas, who’s supposed to be a manager at Burger King. He was extremely rude, had no manners, and even slammed the window when we politely asked about our missing sauces and drink while waiting at the third window. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to deal with his bad attitude — it happens every time I come here. A manager should know how to treat customers with respect, but he clearly doesn’t. Someone like that shouldn’t be representing the company.
As I was exiting Burger King drive-thru, someone crashed into my car. My partner went inside to ask for the security footage for the police and Thomas the manager blatantly lied, saying there are no cameras showing the drive-thru. I used to work here, so i know that’s not true. Funny enough, the police got the footage 10 minutes later! Completely unprofessional behaviour, instead of helping, he chose to lie. Definitely not someone who should be in charge of a store.nnBig boss, please fully retrain Thomas and his terrible attitude for a manager!
There was 6 staff members barely any food going out to people inside and only drive through. Server was kinds rude. So many people waiting for food. Chicken sub was cold and had no lettuce, plus no mayo on one side and too much on the other. Burgers and subs where left to get cold well they dealt with the drive through. Took the lady next to us half an hour to get 2 items. And register was broken. AND never changed gloves. I watch a man refile the chocolate sauce and get some on his glove to then not change it and handle someone's burger and he also handled money to only then touch food
