I came here yesterday around 9am, food was yummy! nnA male staff was very friendly, he smiled and acknowledged my presence when I was waiting to collect food in front of the counter. Barista was polite too. :nnPlenty of seats, dining area was clean and comfortable :
Store hours says it closes at 11pm. Stroll in, unlocked doors at 10:25pm. Ignored by staff for 7 minutes. Then told drive thru only after 1030pm. Good on the blonde girl working the counter who told paying customers to get out as you closed the tills while they waited for service. Perhaps a career without customers is more suited to you
The Big Mac and Cheeseburger my wife and I had was good. But the hand dryer in the men's toilet was not functioning and the building, despite being relatively new, looked like a mess. It was a very average experience. However, one of their team went over and above to clean off our table when she saw the mess that was there. Here cheerful attitude saved the day for this pretty blase McDonalds.
Not bad not gonna lie. Plenty of kiosks. Plenty of seating. Toilets aren't too bad besides the hand sanitizer they use which smells like petrol lol. Inside though is well presented and clean. Staff are well mannered and kept to themselves. They have a 2 lane Drive-Thru which is surprising since they're quite a small franchise. Not even larger McDonalds here in Auckland have 2 lane Drive-Thrus. Been here a dozen times and overall experience has been good.
Busy venue but very little customer acknowledgement, tried to say thanks when collecting our order but the staff weren't interested and were too busy chatting to each other.nFast food, yes. Unfortunately it was slapped together so badly, majority of the sauce was on the burger wrapper and not the burger itself.nWe ate but wouldn't recommend travels stop at this branch.nFloor needed a sweep too.
