Story

Studio Tula is a dance, yoga and wellness studio, tucked away upstairs on the first floor of the historic Bing Harris Building, 286 Princes Street, Dunedin.

In this simple, connected and uplifting space we offer a unique range of classes, events and workshops centered around complimentary yoga, dance, movement, meditation and wellness oriented disciplines.

Our teachers are committed to your unique development and are trained in each the disciplines they offer. Classes range from beginner level to open level in which all abilities are catered for, to more advanced classes and workshops.

Check out our timetable and class descriptions to see which classes are for you. Please book for your class using our simple Mindbody booking system by downloading the app on your phone or device - or email us at [email protected] - and remember that class payments are cash only.

Studio Tula is a perfect little island of calmness in the busy streets of Dunedin. It might be the beautiful building, the calming music or the gentle and supportive teachers, but every time I walk into the studio, I feel more at peace. Would recommend to everyone!
Lisa and her beautiful team provide a safe, sacred space to practice yoga in. All of the classes are lead with heart and soul that leaves the yogi walking away feeling lighter, loved and like an important member of the Tula community. Can't recommend enough!

Studio Tula is a beautiful studio, welcoming atmosphere, a little shop with Jade Yoga Mats and yoga wear. A special place to teach and practice. Great tribe of teachers and a growing community feel.
